Tattoo, Piercing & Deposit Policy

We maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy on all tattoos, body piercings, and deposits. This policy applies under all circumstances, without exceptions.

All tattoo and piercing services involve professional time, artistic work, and preparation. Once work has begun—whether through consultation, design creation, scheduling, or completion of the service—no refunds will be issued for any reason.

All deposits are 100% non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment time. Deposits cover the artist’s time spent on communication, consultation, design planning, and scheduling. Because this time is reserved specifically for you, deposits cannot be returned, transferred, or credited.

Please ensure all design details, pricing, placement, and scheduling are confirmed with your artist before paying a deposit.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment at no cost.
• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of rescheduling .
• No-call/no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy in full.
